The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that accused persons assaulted the informant, informant's sons, father and other relative and also took away Rs.1200/- and a watch from the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury report suggest that the informant received no injury and others received simple injury. There is counter version of the occurrence also in which one of the injuries appears to be grievous. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
