2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 262, 263, 115(2), 126(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109, 132, 309(5), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 1.8.24 informant, who was posted as officer incharge in Sahebganj police station, had gone to arrest this petitioner and co-accused Tinku Kumar it is alleged that the co-villagers and others surrounded the police force, attacked them and got this petitioner released from the custody.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and

5. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
