Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Katoriya P.S. Case No. 111 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that because of trivial dispute the parties have entered into fight and also considering the fact that the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature, this bail application is allowed.

Case No. 111 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
