JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Co-accused Mahabir Prasad was intercepted carrying 50 liters blue kerosene oil who subsequently disclosed that he took it from the petitioner being the PDS dealer.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that witnesses of the present case are the persons against whom the petitioner made complaint for deleting the name from consumer list since they created disturbance at the PDS shop of the petitioner and the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
