The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gaurichak P.S. Case No 485 of 2019 Registered for the offences under sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the only allegation against this petitioner is that he, along with other coaccused caught hold of the deceased and allegation of firing on deceased is upon other co-accused persons and not upon this petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13216 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Patna City (Patna) in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 485 of 2019 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
