JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner attempted to commit unnatural offence with the son of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 28.04.2014, the FIR was registered on 30.04.2014 when the informant refused to allow his son to undergo medical examination.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10464 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 weeks in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Siwan.
