The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the informant received a ransom call of Rs.15 lacs from mobile No.9652749715 otherwise he would be killed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioners has come in the present case on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14804 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 confessional statement made by co-accused Afroz Hussain. Other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Annexure 2 to the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. case No.50 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
