The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner as per Rule 3 read with Rule 5 (kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teachers Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promtion), Rules 2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4389 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Without entering into the merit, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment) , Gaya to consider the claim of the petitioners for transfer in terms of Rule 3 read with Rule 5 (kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teachers Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promtion), Rules 2018 at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order . With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
