JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 324 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.
The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Subodh Mahton, who has already been granted bail in this case in Cr. Misc. No. 13695 of 2016, vide order dated 24.05.2016.
Considering the fact that similar circumstanced coaccused Subodh Mahton and one Sanjeet Paswan were granted bail and the case of the petitioner is similar to that of co-accused Subodh Mahton and Sanjeet Paswan, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35848 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 324 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
