Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 106/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Recovery is not from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16149 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court-I, Samastipur, in connection with Angarghat P.S.
