JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

In view of recovery of fire arms from the accused persons arrested on the spot who disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of the persons, who managed to escape at the time of raid, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
