JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Pursuant to the order dated 11.10.2017 the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, Bettiah is present in person and filed an explanation stating that in this case all the witnesses, including Doctor, I.O. and other witnesses have been examined except two independent witnesses as they are residing at Ludhiyana and in spite of his best efforts they could not be produced in court and in future he will comply the direction issued by this Court strictly.

In view of explanation submitted, the same is accepted and his personal appearance is dispensed with. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the prosecution evidence has been closed and the case is fixed for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35810 of 2017 (4) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 argument, as such, he is not pressing this application at present. In view of facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to learned trial court to conclude the argument at the earliest and deliver judgment within a period of one month.
