Case No. 237 of 2019, dated 15.10.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Total of 51 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered in the raid. From the possession of the petitioner, only 28.800 is said to have been recovered.
