The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 lodged under Sections 25(1-B) a/26/35 Arms Act.
As per the allegation made in the F.I.R. and seizure list, recovery of 2 desi pistol and 3 live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the present petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2021. He further submits that charge sheet has already been filed in this case and he has no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

No. 15243 of 2022(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-III, Barh, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
