The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kangali P.S. Case No. 65 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, the main allegation is against the petitioner of trying to outrage modesty of the informant.

Some normal defence of being agnate and previous dispute between the parties has been taken which does not
