17-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor and Sri Praveen Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant. The sole petitioner, who is the husband of the informant, apprehending his arrest in connection with Lodipur 05 of 2015, registered for the offence under Section 498 ( A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant peacefully and respectfully as wife. Learned counsel for the informant accepts

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20179 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 that if the petitioner keeps her respectfully and peacefully, there is no reason to oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail. In view of stand taken by learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, namely, Debasish Chakwarthy @ Debashish Chakwarty @ Ashish , in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of one month from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Ranjan Raman, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case no.05 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is made clear that if subsequently any complain is made by the informant before this Court regarding torture by filing appropriate petition, this Court shall immediately cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
