2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017 in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 386 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion and the F.I.R. is against seven unknown persons. No test identification parade has been conducted for the petitioner's identification.
4. Having regard to the nature of the accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24677 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 dismissed. The petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
