2. In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus and directing and commanding the Respondent authorities to disposed the appeal case No. 65/2019 before the Distt. Program Officer, Sitamarhi for appointment of Anganwari Sahayika within time framed by reason and speaking order which was pending.

(ii) For further prayer that to disposed of the representation before collector, Sitamarhi which was pending.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5817 of 2020 dt.13-12-2021 2/2 (iii) For any other relief or relief to which the petitioner is found entitled in accordance with law for the ends of justice."

3. Having regard to the relief sought for in the present petition and despite the fact that the Appellate Authority has not disposed of the appeal of the petitioner. Concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner and pass speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
