2. The present application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful, intentional and deliberate violation of the order dated 11.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWJC No.

Patna High Court MJC No.690 of 2024(3) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 14895/2023.

3. In the aforesaid order dated 11.12.2023, this Court has held that:- "In view of the prayer, the District Magistrate, Buxar is directed to dispose of the representation dt. 31.12.2021 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of."

4. The order has been complied.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner may challenge the order in writ jurisdiction.
