The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/379/436/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners assaulted the informant when nephew of the informant came to rescue he was also assaulted. The co-accused and the petitioners put the bundle of the paddy crops on fire wheras petitioner no.1 snatched mobile and chain from the neck of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 23.04.2014, the First Information

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10845 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 Report was lodged on 27.04.2014 whereas for the same occurrence petitioners' side lodged Singheshwar P.S. Case No.52 of 2014 on 25.04.2014. The injury has been found simple in nature. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No.53 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
