2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021 instituted under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the accused persons is of assaulting the informant causing injuries.

4. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner has not assaulted anybody. The other co-accused are the assailants of the victim.

5. Considering the fact that the allegation of assault is not specifically directed against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14807 of 2026(2) dt.12-03-2026 2/2 before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Lakhisarai/ concerned Court in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
