JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, several articles were stolen from the godown of the informant by unknown miscreants. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was remanded in this case from Chakia P.S.No. 75 of 2017 registered under Sections 414, 420 and 379 IPC and in the said case he has been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.04.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34122 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 124 of 2017.
