ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Informant is also present. The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected vide order dated 07.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22541 of 2017.

The petitioners renew his prayer for bail on the ground that charge has been framed. However, learned counsel for the Informant opposes the application and submits that the trial has progressed substantially.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have actively participated in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26029 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 occurrence, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners. It is accordingly, rejected.

However, the Court below is directed to proceed with the trial expeditiously and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
