The petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017 arising out of Manjhi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 4 Kg of ganja is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has been languishing in custody since 02.05.2017.
Considering the recovery of aforesaid quantity of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34035 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 contraband from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
