Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have been caught while he was going on stolen motorcycle.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner which creates doubt about the recovery of stolen motorcycle from possession of the petitioner.

Case No. 525 of 2019.
