JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the Union of India as also counsel for the Central Bank of India. The matter relates to grant of pension. The petitioner is an ex-army man. In view of Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, the Union of India has already constituted Armed Forces Tribunal for redressal of the grievance of ex-personnel and army personnel. In such view of the mater, the petitioner must approach to the Armed Forces Tribunal for redressal of his grievance and if the petitioner approaches before the same, the Tribunal will take a decision and pass order in accordance with law.
