====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motipur P. S. Case No.339 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/ 41(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Altogether 35.280 litres of foreign liquor is said to have recovered from a car.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 26.12.2020 and is a person with clean antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25745 of 2021(2) dt.18-11-2021 2/2 bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P. S. Case No.339 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
