JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioners being the teacher of the school to have taken away the attendance register. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 was sent on deputation from Middle School to B.R.C.C., in the meantime the informant got the name of petitioner no.1 deleted from the school register for which protest was made and proceeding was initiated against the informant and in retaliation of that, the present case has been registered.

No.22243 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 Considering the accusation in the background of dispute between the parties from before when the informant himself facing proceeding, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga at Laheriasarai in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 178 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
