The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act on the allegation of recovery of a country made pistol and two live cartridges from his possession.

The petitioner submits that prior to the instant case, he has no antecedent and he is in custody since 20.4.2017. In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Pipra Police station Case No. 75 of 2017.
