Case No. 264 of 2018, dated 31.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 379, 323, 324, 307, 354, 447 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16461 of 2019(2) dt.15-03-2019 2/3 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are said to have assaulted the members of the prosecution party and having injured five persons, but the injuries suffered by the victims have been opined to be simple in nature. But from the perusal of the order impugned, it appears that some of the injuries on the victims are on vital portions of their body; nonetheless the injuries are simple and there does not appear to be any repetition of blows.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that dispute arose out of a trifle between agnates which took an ugly turn and the present case has been lodged. It has further been submitted that in all its probability, the case would be compounded with the intervention of the well-wishers and residents of the village. Regard being had to the fact that some of the petitioners are ladies and that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and they do not possess any criminal bent of mind, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from

No.16461 of 2019(2) dt.15-03-2019 3/3 the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
