The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to institute the F.I.R. on the basis of the petition filed by the petitioner before the Officerin-Charge, Patrakar Nagar, Police Station, Patna for the alleged act, fully mentioned in paragraph-1 of the writ application.

The respondents in paragraph-5 of the counter affidavit have stated that the Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No.181 of 2017 has already been registered.
