The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction, especially in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding the Respondent authorities, to ensure life and liberty and property of petitioner, who is running from pillar to post for redressal of his grievances."

Patna High Court CWJC No.4042 of 2024(2) dt.13-05-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
