JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prayer of the petitioner is rejected four times, lastly on 07.12.2016 vide Cr. Misc. No. 40780 of 2016 with direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months by taking effective steps by the trial Court with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within aforesaid period. Six months has been passed after passing of order dated 07.12.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 40780 of 2016 but the trial Court has not been concluded. A report regarding the present stage of trial received through letter No. 263 dated 28.09.2016 which shows that two Investigating Officers and one doctor conducted the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35392 of 2017 (3) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 Post Mortem has not been examined. In view of observation, contained in order dated 07.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40780 of 2016, let the petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount in connection with Sessions Trial No. 232 of 2014 arising out of Araria P.S.Case No. 232 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -III.
