2. From the perusal of documents available on record, it appears that petitioner is fighting with his brother and wants some documents from the university in the partition appeal.

3. The University has already clarified the matter and has said that respondent no. 5 was never appointed on the basis

Patna High Court CWJC No.4500 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 of compassionate appointment scheme but the petitioner still wants the information with regard to the compassionate appointment of the respondent no. 5.

4. In the opinion of this Court, this writ petition appears to be a frivolous writ petition and no further direction is required to be issued with regard to the same.
