The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/511/307/353/448/382 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that 7- 8 miscreants entered into the railway yard resorted to fire but nobody received injury. Subsequently, 15kg of cover copper wire, one pair of old sandal and one old shawl were seized. The accused persons, in course of taking with each other, naming this petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been dragged in the present case only on suspicion.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20246 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kahalgaon NTPC P.S. Case No.51 of 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
