JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sanhoulla P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 384 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 2.11.2018. The petitioner was apprehended along with three other persons only on suspicion that they were involved in collecting Rangdari from the truck drivers. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
