ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody on his remand since 16.02.2018 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.320 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that earlier the petitioner had been taken into custody on 05.09.2017 in connection with another case and thereafter, he has been remanded on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that till date no recovery has been made from his possession nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade.

Taking into consideration the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27406 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.320 of 2017.
