JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 606/18, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioners including one co-accused came to the house of the informant and one of the co-accused fired on the father of informant, causing his death.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are ladies and except the allegation that they were also present at the place of occurrence, there is no further allegation against them and specific allegation of firing is against other accused person of this case.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S.
