This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 66.51 litre liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
