Learned counsel for the respondent-company is present. By order dated 29.07.2015, the Court was pleased to direct for listing the matter along with the records of C.W.J.C. No. 8376 of 2002 on 23.03.2009, M.J.C. No. 659 of 2010 on 21.09.2011, C.W.J.C. No. 6229 of 2013 on 20.11.2013 as well as M.J.C. No. 824 of 2014 on 23.12.2014. From perusal of the order it transpires that C.W.J.C. No. 6229 of 2013 was also filed for similar relief, which was not entertained.
