The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on 10.07.1989, the petitioner executed a sale deed with regard to a land in favour of complainant after receiving the consideration amount.

Subsequently, the petitioner came to know that the said land was registered in the name of one Gajendra Tiwary. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that initially the land was registered in the name of Gajedra Tiwary, subsequently, by virtue of deed of exchange, the land

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10833 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 was registered in the name of the petitioner and necessary corrections were made in the revenue record.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No.1242 C of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
