JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court by order dated 15.5.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 22543 of 2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that now charge has been framed in this case and petitioners will abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him by this Court, if bail is granted to them.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43143 of 2017 (2) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 289 of 2017, arising out of Dinara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioners will co-operate in trial and appear in court on each and every date fixed in the case and on failure to appear without any genuine ground or without permission of court, their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
(3) Petitioners will not induce any witness and tamper with the evidence, otherwise their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
