=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 7.9.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga in Maintenance case No.61 of 2010, by which he has allowed maintenance to the Opposite Party.
It has been submitted that the Opposite Party is not his wife and, therefore, maintenance should not have been awarded to her.
On going through the impugned order, I find that it was for good reason that the Opposite Party was accepted to be the Petitioner's wife and, therefore, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1084 of 2013 dt.26-03-2015 2/2 The Trial Court shall ensure that the Petitioner deposits entire arrears immediately, if not, stringent steps shall be taken against him.
