This is an application for regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P. S. Case No. 203 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is recovery of one loaded country made pistol with live cartridges and one stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai
