The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhagarh P.S. Case No.109 of 2015 (Sessions Trial No.196 of 2017) registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 13.12.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
