The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that marriage of informant was solemnized with this petitioner. After marriage, informant was subjected to mental and physical torture by petitioner and his family members due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is further alleged that this petitioner has solemnized second marriage and ousted the informant from her matrimonial home. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence has taken place. In fact, the informant suffers from mental disease.
