2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2017 in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as in fact, the victim girl has been recovered on their own from the home of the informant's father.
4. A perusal of paragraph 34 of the case diary in which deposition of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. is referred, reveals that she has made direct accusation against the petitioner of having given her cold drink as a result of which she made her unconscious and thereafter she was found herself in train to Amritsar. She has further stated that she vanished from the room at Gurdaspur and returned home by Seemanchal Express. The victim girl's age has been found as about 15 to 17 years as recorded in paragraph 58 of the case diary.
5. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail
