The instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction, especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the particularly Respondent No. 3, Staff Selection Commission to make necessary correction in the integrated session-wise seniority list of primary teachers who have passed the B.Ed Examination, and put the name of the petitioner at appropriate place as per his seniority among the trained teachers.

The specific averment in the counter affidavit is that the issue raised in the writ petition has already been adjudicated in C.W.J.C. No. 17899 of 2012, which has been affirmed by the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 1491 of 2014. It is, therefore, submitted that the case deserves to be disposed of in terms of C.W.J.C. No. 17899 of 2012. The said assertion is not denied or disputed by the petitioner, as no reply or rejoinder has been filed. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of C.W.J.C. No. 17899 of 2012.
