JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 The matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the behest of the counsel for the petitioner to the extent that in the last portion of the order dated 22.08.2016 year of police case number has wrongly been recorded as "39 of 2006" whereas it should be "39/2016". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition.
