This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Delha P.S. Case No. 259 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioners and also the fact that the petitioner is said to have fired in order to terrorize the public at large, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
